Please note:
- If you have an issue concerning the delivery or fulfillment of any order from a vendor other than ourselves, or if you obtained our products indirectly through a consultant, please contact that party first. We simply don't know as much about what your exact problem might be, as those people would.
- Please be specific both in the title and the content of your e-mail: we quite-necessarily have very aggressive “spam” filters.
- Please also be certain that your own e-mail address is correct, and check to make sure that our replies to you don't wind up in your own “spam folder.”
- Be sure to tell us where in the world you are, and what time zone you're in. We can only interpret messages in English.

report:
- The product version code from the Help..About page. Be sure to mention “16-bit” or “32-bit” or “both.”
- If asking about an order, please nclude your order-number, the approximate date of your order, whom you ordered it from, and the e-mail address and name on the order.
- Do not send any information of a confidential nature, most-specifically not financial-related information. As we stress in our privacy policy, no legitimate representative of Sundial Services will ever ask you for any such information. If someone does, someone is trying to steal from you, and it's not us!
- We can only answer specific questions about our product; we don't know about your data or your particular situation. Please make sure that you've reviewed our web-site and the help-files/documentation associated with the product before you inquire with us. (If there is something in particular about that material which is not sufficiently clear, please let us know so that we may improve it.)
